Birds in Cornwall Digital 1931-2006 |
| Birds in Cornwall is the annual report produced by
the Cornwall Bird Watching and Preservation Society.
The volumes, from the inception of the Society in 1931 up to 2006, have been digitised and are now being made available on a single DVD for the Windows operating system. The 8000+ pages from the reports are fully searchable and this makes a valuable resource for those researching the status of birds in the county or for those who are interested in the history of the society. For the casual browser this is the opportunity to own a complete set of what has become a very scarce resource. The DVD is available at the price of £10 for members and £15 for non-members. This price includes post and packing. My thanks to Daniel Cole (Society of Wildlife Artists) for permission to use his representation of Three Choughs at Lizard Point for the artwork. Please send a cheque made out to Cornwall Bird Watching and
Preservation Society
