Pendennis Point: 1 Kestrel hunting the point, 1 Raven, 1 Mallard, 2 Mute Swan, 1 ad Med Gull, 4 Greenfinch, 2 Magpie, with another 10 on the ‘swimming pool’ field on top, 2 Rock Pipit, 3 Sandwich Tern, 2+ Buzzard, 1 Fulmar, 2 Gannet, large mixed gull flock following a fishing boat in and 10+ Woodpigeon. Swanpool: 30+ Coot, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 3 Little Grebe, Mallard and Tufted Ducks, 2 Mute Swan, 1 Grey Heron, 40+ Herring Gull and 10+ Black-headed Gull. Around the edges/gardens – Nuthatch calling, 2 Bullfinch, 2 Goldcrest, Coal Tit, Long-tailed Tits with nesting material, 1 Blackcap, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Water Rail, 11 Fulmar on cliffs, 1m Stonechat and Rock Pipit. Kingsmill Lake:Lesser Yellowlegs again, view from China Fleet Club nature trail, far hide SX427608. Best looked for on the dropping tide, but always distant.

Drift Reservoir: (CBWPS members only):1w Ring-billed Gull and Scaup still.
