Late News 05/04 Marazion Marsh RSPB: Osprey reported on a post at 09:45. I just hope it wasn’t the extremely pale Buzzard that is in the area?
Marazion Marsh RSPB: 2 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Little Egret, 9 Grey Heron, 6 Mute Swan, 6 Canada Geese, 2 Greylag, 2 hybrid geese, 2 Shelduck, 6 Mallard, 4 Teal, 16 Moorhen, 2 Water Rail, 2 Cormorant, c100 Sand Martin, 5+ Swallow, 3+ House Martin, 2 Wheatear, 1 White Wagtail, 2 Willow Warbler, 5 Chiffchaff and 5 Cetti’s Warbler. Rosewall Hill, St Ives: 3 m and 1 f Ring Ouzels on the slopes between Rosewall Hill and what is known locally by some as Buttermilk Hill to the west. Park at approx SW486394 and walk south east to search. Also 3 Swallows and a male Redstart. (L Proctor, J Chapple J Rowe & V Stratton)

St Ives: An adult male Montagu’s Harrier hunting the fields over Trevalgan Farm, Trowan Farm, and Hellesveor Farm eventually flying due East over St Ives towards the Bay. (V Stratton)
