Late News 28/07 Lower Tamar Lake: 1 Wood Sandpiper, 2 Green Sandpiper, 1 Little Egret, 2 Grey Heron and 6 Great Crested Grebe. (R Mudge)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 5 Grey Heron, 1 Cormorant, 5 Mute Swan plus 4 cygnets, 3 Little Egret, 6 Mallard plus 2 well grown duckling, 4 Moorhen plus 3 full grown young, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 juv Peregrine, 1 Swift, 5 juv Swallow, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Reed Bunting and Reed Warblers. (D Parker)

Marazion: 23 Sanderling, 11 Dunlin, 9 Ringed Plover, 2 Whimbrel, 3 Oystercatcher and 1 juv Med Gull on the beach plus 2 drake Common Scoter offshore. (D Parker)

Wadebridge: A single Swift over Glen Road in the morning, plus 16 House Martin, 4 Siskin and a immature Peregrine Falcon. (C Selway)

Devoran: 1 juv. Sandwich Tern, 21 Dunlin, 2 Whimbrel, 13 Greenshank, 30 Oystercatcher, 196 Curlew, 2 Black-tailed Godwit and 100 plus Redshank. (D Eva)

Lower Tamar Lake: 1 Wood Sandpiper, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 Little Egret and 9 Great Crested Grebe. (R Mudge)

Porthtowan: 3 Peregrine, 2 flying around over Toban and one sitting on the cliff. (D Jenkins)

Windmill Farm: Marsh Harrier flew north, Hobby, Wood Sandpiper and  Green Sandpiper. (A Pay, D Wright & R James)

Walmsley Sanctuary (CBWPS Members Only): 60+ Common Swift in the afternoon, plus a juvenile Marsh Harrier, 1s Hobby, 2 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 8 Buzzard, an immature Peregrine Falcon knocked a Moorhen into the water, injuring it in the process though not bothering to retrieve the unfortunate bird, all 8 juvenile Gadwall, 2 Teal, 5 Lapwing, 4 Snipe, 1 Greenshank and 22 Black-headed Gull.
