Marazion Marsh RSPB: 4 Grey Heron, 2 Little Egret, 2 Mute Swan, 1 Cormorant, 7 Mallard, 3 ad Moorhen plus 6 full grown young, 3 Whimbrel (over), Sedge Warblers and Reed Warblers. Falmouth, Gyllyngvase Beach: 5 Sandwich Tern, 2 Med Gull, 2 Turnstone, 1 Ringed Plover, 8 Oystercatcher and 1 Guillemot. (J St Ledger)

Sancreed: Pied Flycatcher still present also 1 Green Sandpiper. (D Flumm)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: 1 Ruff, 1 Knot, 4 Black-tailed Godwit and 1 Med Gull. (B Mellow) Great White Egret reported flying over early morning.

Lands End: 1 juv Red Backed Shrike from the cycle track by the dump and later towards the complex, also 8 Whitethroat, 1 Blackcap, 1 Swift, 1 Spotted Flycatcher and 2 Pied Flycatcher. (B Mellow et al.)

Walmsley Sanctuary (CBWPS Members Only): A possible Marsh Sandpiper flew to the estuary with 18 Greenshank, looking smaller and more delicate than the Greenshank in very heavy rain and misty conditions. Other birds included Ythan Estuary colour ringed Greenshank, 1 juv Ruff, 1 Curlew Sandpiper, 5 Green Sandpiper, 39 Common Snipe, 1 Lapwing, 1 Curlew, 8 Black-tailed Godwit, 30 Little Egret, 3 Northern Shoveler, 21 Teal, 2 Gadwall, 1 Kingfisher and 7 Sedge Warbler. Kingsmill Creek: 123 Redshank, 32 Greenshank, 94 Curlew, 3 Whimbrel, 14 Dunlin, 1 Ruff, 1 Ringed Plover, 1 Common Sand & 1 Kingfisher this evening. (S Cox)

Davidstow: 1 Wood Sandpiper on the airfield by the control tower.
