Late News 03/09 Windmill Farm: Hobby over at 13:45 heading South/South East. (A McGowan)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: Spotted Crake still from the standing stone, also 8 Grey Heron, 5+ Little Egret, 1 Cormorant, 4 Mute Swan plus 4 cygnets, 5 ad Moorhen plus 17 young and Sedge Warblers. (D Parker)

Marazion: Ad Buff-breasted Sandpiper still on the beach by the Lifeguards hut and 1 juv Curlew Sandpiper. (D Parker)

Porthgwarra: 11 Stonechat (7 juv), 1 Wheatear, 9 Chiffchaff, 1 Willow Warbler, 5 Whitethroat, 1 Reed Warbler and c40 Swallow. (D Parker) Wryneck again by Dried up Pool, by the large stones at 16:40.

Penzance: Eider still at Chyandour. (P St Pierre)

Kingsmill Lake: 1 Ruff, 1 Lesser Yellowlegs, 1 Bar-tailed Godwit, 20 Black-tailed Godwit, 6 Knot, 50+ Dunlin (some in summer pumage), 3 Sandwich Tern, 34 Greenshank, 1 Kingfisher  plus numerous Redshank and Curlew off China Fleet club this morning. (J Aldous & M Beer)

Porth Kidney dunes, Hayle Estuary: Wryneck in scrub along coastal footpath 14:00-14:30hrs at least; c200m west of railway bridge from golf course. (D Flumm)

Mullion: Pied Flycatcher at Predannack. (S Bury)

Pendennis, Falmouth: 2 Wheatear on the rocks below the point and a distant Ocean Sunfish out in the bay, 16 Oystercatcher roosting, 33 Gannet, 1 distant Teal west and a Fulmar. A nice flock of c50 Swallows over the castle included at least 1 House and 1 Sand Martin. (D Chaney)

Gyllyngvase beach, Falmouth: 2 adult Med Gulls. (D Chaney)

Swanpool: 5 Tufted Duck, 6 Little Grebe, 1 Grey Heron, 6 Cormorant, 4 Mute Swans (2 ad, 2 young) and 1 Kingfisher. 3 Fulmars on the nearby cliffs, with c50 Swallow, and 60+ Goldfinch over a nearby field. (D Chaney)

Gorrangorras, Penryn River: c40 Curlew, 30+ Redshank, 5 Greenshank, 3 Oystercatcher, 2 Little Grebe, 5 Mallard and a hirundine flock of c30 Swallow plus 30 Goldfinch nearby. (D Chaney)

Nr Mylor Docks (Penarrow Point): 2 Med Gull, 2 Sandwich Tern, 1 Dunlin (juv), 4 Curlew and 1 Grey Heron. (J St Ledger)
