Late News 21/10 St Ives: 1 fem/imm Wheater seen on the Island. (T Bunce)

Late News 23/10 Bodmin Moor: 4 Ring Ouzel before flying off south 15:45 to 17:00 and 240+ Golden Plover over, 2 Jays, 2 Fieldfare and 11 Redwing & 2 Mistle Thrush at Bearah Tor. (B Craven)

Late News 23/10 Lizard: 6+ Black Redstarts, 90 Song Thrush, 35 Redwing, Ring Ouzel, Brambling and Firecrest around the village. (M Grantham)

Mousehole: Olive-backed Pipit in field with temporary horse paddock by two pine trees, third a mile along coast path to Lamorna at SW466254 but elusive in the long grass, also Brambling and 5 Snipe over. Marazion Marsh RSPB: 2 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 1 Cormorant, 4 Mute Swan plus 4 cygnets, 5  Mallard, 1 Aylesbury Duck, 7 Teal, 3 Little Grebe, 1 Water Rail, 17 Moorhen, 4 Buzzard, 1 Sparrowhawk, 15 Meadow Pipit, 10 Goldcrest, 1 Jay and 2+ Cetti’s Warbler (D Parker)

Camel Estuary: Striking pale morph Buzzard from Burniere Hide 09:30 – 10:30 sitting on hay bales, also present here yesterday. (S Lilley)

Stithians Reservoir: Marsh Tit, male Pochard and 2 Teal at the southern cutoff. (D Chaney)

Gorrangorras, Penryn River: 2 Greenshank, 30+ Redshank, 50+ Curlew, 40+ Mallard and 5 Little Egret – a couple following a Cormorant swimming in the very shallow water as hunting partners. (D Chaney)

Lamorna: Yellow-browed Warbler and 3 Firecrests on east side of valley.

Penberth: 2 Firecrests and a Black Redstart still.

Polgigga: Wryneck on a wall at Lower Bosistow Farm at midday.

Rame Head: 4 Ring Ouzels at 11:10 before flying east.
