 Marazion: 1 Tawny Owl calling in the early hours along Green Lane. 56 Turnstone, 10 Sanderling, 5 Ringed Plover, 4 Dunlin, 3 Purple Sandpiper and 2 Oystercatcher on the beach plus 2 Brent Geese, 21 Common Scoter and 2 Great Northern Diver offshore. (D Parker)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 5 Grey Heron, 1+ Little Egret, 4 ad Mute Swan and 3 imm, 17 Mallard, 1 drake Gadwall, 5 Little Grebe, 1 Coot, 14 Moorhen, 1+ Water Rail, 2 Sparrowhawk, 1 Peregrine, 2 Buzzard, 2 Stonechat, 2+ Cetti’s Warbler and c60-80,000 Starlings. Kingsmill Lake, Saltash: 80+ Avocet (very distant), 19 Great Crested Grebes in a group on the Tamar, 21 Black-tailed Godwits, 30+ Redshank, 1 Spotted Redshank, 12 Greenshank, 4 Shelduck, 72 Teal, 3 Cormorant, 1 Raven, 3 Little Egret, 10+ Curlew, 7 Grey Heron and the usual gulls and wildfowl over low tide. Lower Tamar Lake: 2 Goosanders (m & f), 1 male Kingfisher, 1 Deer, 1 Heron in the tree, Mallard and Coots. (R Mudge)

River Lynher: 3 adult winter (unringed) Spoonbill between Antony Passage and Ince in the morning and at at Wacker Quay in the afternoon. (M Beer & J Rance)

Cape Cornwall Golf Course: Several thousand Starlings SSW, several hundred Chaffinches, plus 2 Fieldfare, Redwing in double figures, Brambling in double figures and several dozen Siskins. (P Fraser)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: Drake Long-tailed Duck still on Carnsew Basin also 6 Little Grebe, 4 Cormorant, 3 Little Egret and  Kingfisher. Spoonbill still off the B3301 causeway. (B Sharples)

St Clement, Tresemple Pool: 2 Goldeneye (female), 2 Teal, 9 Snipe, 8 Little Grebe, 1 Little Egret, 10 Greenshank and 47 Redshank. Also 50+ Curlew in nearby field. (J St Ledger & J Drage-Hubert)

Stithians Reservoir: 1 Brambling, 1 Marsh Tit, 2 Coal Tit, 2 Reed Bunting, 4 Greenfinch, 1 Bullfinch (male), 1 Robin, 1 Water Rail, 1 Moorhen, also numbers of Blue Tit, Great Tit, Chaffinch, Goldfinch, House Sparrow, Dunnock all on feeders or on ground below. (J St Ledger)

Falmouth: 13 Oystercatches trying to sleep on Castle beach. The Whimbrel was on the east side of Pendennis Point, Med Gull close in, and later 4 together out in the bay. A sprinkling of Gannets moving west, with good numbers of Kittiwake, 2 Razorbill and a couple of dozen auk sps., a small skua sp. also flew west, distantly. (D Chaney)

Padstow: A possible Dusky Warbler or Siberian Chiffchaff was found in a private garden today near Padstow with no public access, photo here. (per D Julian)

Rame Head: Male Hen Harrier at 12:45.

Boscastle: Black Redstart on roof by newsagent early afternoon.

St Ives: Firecrest in a private garden and a Black Redstart on the Island.

Lizard: 2 Dartford Warblers on Goonhilly Downs in the morning.
