Marazion Marsh RSPB: 3 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 4 ad Mute Swan and 3 imm, 12 Mallard, 1 drake Gadwall, 9 Teal, 2+ Little Grebe, 1 Coot, 10 Moorhen, 1+ Water Rail, 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Buzzard, 1 Stonechat, 1+ Cetti’s Warbler and c60-80,000 Starlings. (D Parker)

Drift Reservoir (Members only): 2 Mute Swan, 66 Mallard, 5 Call Duck, Great Crested Grebe, 2 Little Grebe, 5 Moorhen, 2 Pochard, 13 Tufted Duck, 1 Cormorant, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Grey Heron and a 1w Med Gull. (D Flumm & D Parker)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: Spoonbill, Pale-bellied Brent Goose, Dark-bellied Brent Goose, adult Med Gull, 8 Cormorant, 15 Grey Heron all at Lelant Water. 6 Snipe, 2 Little Egret, 45 Lapwing and Green Woodpecker in Ryan’s Field. (D Flumm) Also drake Long-tailed Duck still on Carnsew Pool.

St Gothian Sands LNR: 3 Mallard, 4 Teal, 16 Pochard, 32 Tufted Duck, 1 1w drake Long-tailed Duck, 2 Goldeneye 4 Little Grebe, Water Pipit, Water Rail and an ad Med Gull. (M & T Hasdell & R Menari)

Mabe Burnthouse: Yellow-browed Warbler in NE corner of the quarry at c SW763347. (S Perfect)

Rame: Male Hen Harrier quartering stubble fields off Military Road for most of day, and a very late Wheatear at Rame Head. (R Smaldon)

Carnon Downs: 1 Firecrest showing well with 2 Goldcrest and a group of Long-tailed Tits, near the Islamic Community Centre. (C Ellis)

Falmouth: 1200+ north over in 5 minutes at 07:45, plus 80+ Woodpigeon and a few Chaffinch. At 9:30, there were still Fieldfares going over – but in small flocks of 3 – 30 instead with smaller numbers of Skylark and Song Thrush too. Also 3 Pied Wagtail, Rock Pipit and Stonechat at Castle Beach, plus 20 Curlew on the Trescobeas ‘school field’. (D Chaney)

College Reservoir: 2 Grey Heron, 4 ad Mute Swan, 64 Wigeon, 50+ Coot, 26+ Tufted Duck, 13 Pochard, with 200 Redwing over and 12 Curlew in nearby field. (D Chaney)

Penzance: Slavonian Grebe off Eastern Green and a Black redstart on the sea defences by the train station.

Par: Black Redstart at Spit beach.

Nancledra: Black Redstart at Higher Trenowin Farm.

St Levan: Black Redstart  by the church.

Porthgwarra: Black Redstart around the car park.
