Marazion Marsh RSPB: 5 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 1 Cormorant, 2 ad Mute Swan, 14 Mallard, 1 drake Gadwall, 7 Teal, 4+ Little Grebe, 1 Coot, 11 Moorhen, 1+ Water Rail, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 Oystercatcher, 1 Buzzard, 4+ Snipe, 2 Stonechat, 5 Chiffchaff, 1+ Cetti’s Warbler and c50-70,000 Starlings. Marazion: 24 Ringed Plover, 28 Turnstone, 10 Sanderling and 4 Dunlin on the beach plus 1 Red-throated Diver, 1 Great Northern Diver, 19 Common Scoter and 1 Wigeon offshore. (D Parker)

Land’s End: 1 probable Siberian Chiffchaff, 1 Chiffchaff, 2 Goldcrest, 1 Swallow, 87 Blackbird, 41 Song Thrush, 8 Redwing, 3 Fieldfare, 6 Stonechat, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker and 2+ Water Rail. (D Parker)

Helston, Loe Pool: Probable 1w drake Ring-necked Duck with female Pochard in Carminowe Creek early morning, also 13 Pochard (Helston end, 12 male + 1 female), 3 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Little Grebe, 5 Coot, Great Black-backed Gulls, Lesser Black-backed Gulls, Herring Gulls, Black-headed Gulls and Cormorants. Bude Marsh: 2 Shoveler (m & f), 30 Curlew, 50 Lapwing and 1 Grey Heron. (R Mudge)

Gorrangorras, Penryn River: 3 Greenshank, 20 Redshank, 5 Little Egret, 2 Little Grebe, 7 Turnstone and 20+ Curlew. (D Chaney)

Pendennis, Falmouth: 3 Purple Sandpiper on the point, Med Gull offshore and 3 Common Scoter west, plus a few Gannets and Kittiwakes. (D Chaney)
