Marazion Marsh RSPB: 1 Bittern, 2 Grey Heron, 2 Little Egret, 1 Cormorant, 3 imm & 2 ad Mute Swan, 16 Mallard, 1 Teal, 2 Little Grebe, 1 Coot, 4 Moorhen, 2 Oystercatcher, 2 Stonechat, 3 Chiffchaff and c100,000 Starlings. (D Parker & D Flumm)

St Just: The sylvia warbler in the Pleasant Terrace area was finally seen well and as expected confirmed as a 1w female Subalpine Warbler. (P Clarke & N Wheatley) Later seen in gardens off an alley between Bosorne Street and Bosorne Terrace. (M Elliot)

Longrock: 2w Glaucous Gull flew west. (J Foster)

Penzance: 2w Glaucous Gull flew west along the seafront, also Red-throated Diver, 1 Black-throated Diver and 4 Great Northern Diver. (M Elliot)

Marazion: 1 adult Med Gull and 50 Turnstone on the beach. (D Flumm)

Siblyback Lake: 5 Crossbill. (M Beer)

Hannafore Point: Drake Eider still. (M Beer)

Wadebridge: An albinistic Starling seen briefly at Fisher Close St Mathews Hill late afternoon. It is about 95% white and is with a small flock of normal Starlings. (P Floyd-Spong) Also 1 Spotted Redshank and a Firecrest in the Wadebridge area. (D Julian & C Selway)

Sennen Cove: Ad Mediterranean Gull and 9 Common Scoter in the bay at mid-day. (Sennen Cove Birdwatching)

Carbis Bay: 2 m Blackcap in a private garden. (Sennen Cove Birdwatching) Also Black Redstart reported on the roof of The Sands apartments off Porthrepta Road.

Drift Reservoir (Members only): Imm Glaucous Gull briefly in the morning.
