St Ives Bay: 7 Balearic Shearwaters (in and around the feeding flocks), 1 Manx Shearwater (feeding offshore), 3 Common Scoter, 1 Eider (female), 30 Guillemot, 1 Black Redstart, 100s Kittiwakes (not in feeding flock), c4000 auk (90% Razorbill) and 1 Harbour Porpoise between 08:30 and 15:45. Also c1000-bird mixed feeding flock of Herring Gulls, Gannets (50-100 all adults, birds concentrated so highly they were diving in at 30 degrees), auks, shags and shearwaters, from coastguard headland to Porthgwidden, at about 11:00 (low tide 11:38). Colliford Lake: Great Grey Shrike at Colliford Lake in the afternoon about half a mile along the road past Lords Park Farm towards Dozmary Pool. It was perched on a roadside post on the right side of the road and then it flew up the bank. The adult drake Lesser Scaup has moved to Colliford Lake from Dozmary Pool. (R Treeby)

Jericho Farm: 2 1w Yellow-legged Gulls between Newbridge and St Just.
