Marazion Marsh RSPB:  5 Mute Swan (including 1 immature),  2 Greylag, 2 Canada Geese, 2 hybrid geese, 9 Mallard, fem Gadwall, 31 Teal, 1+ Bittern (at least 3 sightings), 1 Little Egret, 9 Grey Heron, 2 Cormorant, 5 Little Grebe, 13 Moorhen, 2+ Water Rail, 4 Snipe, 1 Oystercatcher, 2 Raven, 58 Linnet, 1 Stonechat and 2+ Cetti’s Warbler. Marazion: Pacific Diver near Hogus Rocks early morning again also 4+ Great Northern Diver, 1 Red-throated Diver, 4 Black-throated Diver,  3 (1 ad & 2  2w) Mediterranean Gull, 1 Shelduck and 1+ Porpoise offshore plus 7 diver sp flew east and a further 3 diver sp on the sea but very distant. Also 2 Stonechat on the beach. (L Proctor, D Parker, M Ahmad, C Barnard and V Stratton) Also 2 Dark-bellied Brent Geese east of the St Michael’s Mount in Little London in the afternoon, but chased off the rocks by 2 dogs. St Gothian Sands LNR: 1 Water Pipit and 1 adult Little Gull just offshore. (D Eva)

Carrick Roads: 29 Black-necked Grebes (at least 4 in breeding plumage),  9 Red-breasted Mergansers and 1 Great Northern Diver from Mylor Yatch Harbour. (C Barnard) Also 2 diver sp, 7 probable Goldeneye and 2 Razorbill. (D Chaney)

Hell’s Mouth: 48 Fulmar, 9 Cormorant, 16 Shag, 1 Peregrine, 2 LBB Gull, 81 Herring Gull, 2 GBB Gull, 1 Magpie, 55 Jackdaw and 2 Rock Pipit. (S Taylor)

Stithians Reservoir: 17 Canada Geese, 63 Wigeon, 11 Gadwall, 2 Teal, 4 Mallard, 29 Tufted Duck, 4 Goldeneye, 5 Cormorant, 3 Little Grebe, 3 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Buzzard, 1 Water Rail, 2 Moorhen, 15 Coot, 140+ Lapwing, 1 Snipe, 21 Black-headed Gull, 9 Herring Gull, 2 Wood pigeon, 2 Magpie, 2 Jay, 2 Jackdaw, 5 Carrion Crow, 1 Goldcrest, 5 Blue Tit, 1 Great Tit, 1 Marsh Tit, 2 Long-tailed Tit, 1 Chiffchaff, 4 Wren, 200+ Starling, 7 Blackbird, 4 Fieldfare, 2 Song Thrush, 40+ Redwing, 5 Robin, 2 Dunnock, 5 House Sparrow, 1 Pied Wagtail, 1 Meadow Pipit, 20+ Chaffinch, 2 Brambling, 3 Greenfinch, 5 Goldfinch, 2 Bullfinch and 5 Reed Bunting. Porth Reservoir: 1 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Little Grebe, 40 Mallard, 8 Teal, 1 Tufted Duck, 4 Coot, 6 Moorhen and 72 Black-headed Gull in the morning. (S Rowe)
