Late News 07/02 Kenidack: Siberian Chiffchaff still at the sewerage works.

Late News 07/02 Par: Drake Ring-necked Duck still on Par Beach pool and 2 Sand Martins.

Marazion Marsh RSPB:  5 Mute Swan (including 1 immature),  2 Greylag, 2 Canada Geese, 4 hybrid geese, 4 Mallard, 18 Teal, 2 Gadwall, 2 Cormorant, 2+ Bittern, 1 Little Egret, 11 Grey Heron, 4 Little Grebe, 1 Water Rail, 23 Moorhen, 12 Snipe, 6 Oystercatcher, 12 Golden Plover over east, 1 Kingfisher, 1 m Wheatear, 2 Stonechat, 1 Chiffchaff and 6 Cetti’s Warbler. Newlyn: Drake Eider by harbour wall. (B Toms)

Penzance: 9 Black-necked Grebe and 5 Common Scoter in the bay off Wherrytown. (B Toms)

Tresillian River: Female Siskin on the feeders at the Old Vicarage Cafe, St Clements at 13:00 and 2 Spotted Redshank feeding in the main river opposite Tresemple Pool at 13:30. (M Jones)

Bude Marshes: 1 White-fronted Goose and 3 Pink footed Geese still present in field opposite the Peter Truscott bridge also 3+ Reed Buntings and 4 Water Rails. (H Kendall)

Maer Lake: 300+ Golden Plover. (H Kendall)

Truro: 1 m Brambling feeding on sunflower hearts feeder in a private garden. (D Jenkins)

Windmill Farm: 400 Golden Plover (1 male in summer plumage), 4 Dunlin and 2 Snipe. Also first Adders (2), Common Lizard (1) and Slow Worms (3) of 2013. (D Wright)

Wadebridge: 2 Sand Martins at the end of the Polmorla stream. (C Selway)

St Ives: Black Redstart at Barnoon Cemetery in the morning.

Drift Reservoir (members only): 1 Water Pipit in the scrape in the NW arm.
