Late News 14/04 Roseland: White Stork flew west over Rosevine at 15:30.

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 5 Mute Swan (including 1 immature), 4 Greylag, 4 Canada Geese, 2 hybrid geese, 3 Mallard, 5 Teal, 1+ Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 6 Grey Heron, 1 Little Grebe, 13 Moorhen, 3 Oystercatcher, 1 Snipe, c3 Swallow, 2 Sand Martin and 1 Cetti’s Warbler, early morning. (D Parker) 100 hirundines over marsh at 13:30, (80 Swallows and 20 Sand Martins). All bar 15 cleared out ahead of rain at 14:00, but another 25 Swallows flew into Long Rock Pool at 14:30. Also 4 singing Cetti’s Warbler, 2 singing Willow Warblers and 1 Wheatear in the sanctuary area. (P Fraser)

River Camel: 1 Greylag, 12 Greenshank, 23 Redshank, 60+ mix flock Black and Bar-tailed Godwits, 60+ Dunlin, 24 Shelduck, 3 Buzzard, 28 Swan, 1 Black swan, 35 Curlew and 2 Little Grebe. (D Thomas)

Stepper Point: 1 pair Raven, 1 pair Stonechat, 7 Wheatear, 8 House Martin, 4 Sand Martin, 30+ Swallow and 8 Skylark singing. (D Thomas)

Marazion: 1 Wheatear in field opposite Folly field car park and 1 Sandwich Tern on Great Hogus. (P Fraser)
