Late News 24/05 Penzance: Great Northern Diver off Jubilee Pool.

Purple Heron again at 08:15 to 09:00 at least, in bushes in the Cheshire Homes section north of the railway, viewable from the railway bridge and car park. Still present this evening. Porthgwarra: 12 Wheatear including 2 singing/displaying males. Also a pod of c8 Risso’s Dolphins passed close in at Gwennap Head at 10:45, heading west. (P Taylor & H Mitchell)
