Marazion Marsh RSPB: 6 Mute Swan, 6 Greylag (plus broods of 4 & 6 goslings), 6 Canada Geese (plus 3+ goslings), 1 hybrid goose, 7 Mallard (plus 8 ducklings), 1 Little Egret, 1+ Cormorant, 15 Grey Heron, 4 Moorhen, c20 Swallow, 1 Swift, 1 Raven, 2 Reed Bunting, 3 Blackcap, 1 Chiffchaff, 4 Willow Warbler, 4 Cetti’s Warbler, Reed Warblers and Sedge Warblers. Marazion: Flocks of 13 and 9 Whimbrel and 4 Oystercatcher on the beach plus 1 Sandwich Tern offshore. (D Parker)

Drift Reservoir (members only): 25 Canada Geese, 1 Greylag, 12 Mallard, 1 Tufted Duck, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Moorhen, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Cormorant, 2 Dunlin, 62 Herring Gull, 2 Lesser Black-backed Gull, c20 Swift, c80 Swallow, c 50 House Martin, 2 Sand Martin, 1 Whitethroat, 3 Blackcap, 8 Willow Warbler, 1 Chiffchaff, 3 Reed Warbler and 2 Raven. Padstow: 2 Roseate Terns and 2 Arctic Terns offshore at mid day. Also a Lesser Whitethroat singing along the Camel Trail at Dennis Hill. (D Julian)

Sancreed: 32 Whimbrel in surrounding fields plus 4 Swifts and a Garden Warbler. (D Flumm)

Windmill Farm: Cuckoo, Garden Warbler, Whitethroat, 2 Blackcap, 3 Sedge Warbler, 1 Grasshopper Warbler, 1 Reed Bunting (female with food), 17 Whimbrel and 1 Greenshank. (D Wright)

Towednack: Cuckoo, 4 Swift and a Jay on Holman Moors. (Sennen Cove Birdwatching)

Looe: Arctic Skua, 2 Great Northern Diver and 7 Whimbrel at Hannafore Point.

Mount’s Bay: Roseate Tern again betweem Marazion and Penzance in the afternoon.
