Late news 24/7, Gerrans, Roseland: 12 Crossbill over (S Croft)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 3 Mute Swan, 13 Mallard, 1 Cormorant, 8 Moorhen and 3 young, 5 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 Black-tailed Godwit, c20 Swallow, 3 Swift and 2 juv Stonechat, plus Reed and Sedge Warblers. Also c15 Crossbills commuting between the pines by Cheshire Homes and the pines by the boardwalk over the railway. (D Parker & L Proctor)

Hannafore Point: 30 Mediterranean Gull (varying states of moult from full summer plumage to winter plumage, but with at least two 2nd summer birds and one 1st summer) (R Smaldon)

Devoran: 4 adult Mediterranean Gull, 4 Whimbrel, 2 Black-tailed Godwit, 4 Greenshank, 122 Redshank, 2 Dunlin, 10 Oystercatcher and 44 Curlew (D Eva)

Pendeen Watch: 1 Balearic Shearwater, 44 Common Scoter and 2 Ocean Sunfish offshore. (Sennen Cove Birdwatching)

Gorrangorras, Penryn River:  22 Redshank, 2 Greenshank, 1 Whimbrel and 1 Dunlin at high tide c.7:30pm ( D Chaney)
