Late News, 7/12, St Buryan: Snowy Owl seen only twice in the last week in private fields to the east of St Buryan with no public access, both times it flew towards St Buryan but so far has not been relocated. Please keep to public rights of way if searching the area. (per DK Parker)

Stithians Reservoir, Stuart Hutchings hide: 1 Mediterranean Gull, 6 Common Gull, 4 Goldeneye (1m 3f), 5 Pochard, 6 Gadwall, 1 Shoveler, 75 Teal, 16 Wigeon, 5 Little Grebe, 20 Snipe, 1 Kingfisher, 200+ Lapwing, 2 Buzzard, 6 Bullfinch. From Cut-off hide: 150 Lapwing, 1 Water Rail, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 11 Greenfinch and 2 Reed Bunting. (J St Ledger)
