Maer Lake: Yesterday’s flight view of a possible Egyptian Goose has been re-identified. 1 Ruddy Shelduck, 2 Wood Sandpiper, 4 Green Sandpiper, 1 Greenshank, 4 Common Snipe, 2 Black-tailed Godwit and 1 Water Rail. (SW Gale)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 4 Mute Swan with 5 cygnets, 6 Mallard, 1 Cormorant, 27 Moorhen plus 1 freshly hatched chick, 5 Grey Heron, 4 Little Egret, 2 Swift plus Reed and Sedge Warblers. Also 2+ Clouded Yellow butterflies. (DK Parker)
