Late news, 11/8, Hayle Estuary RSPB: 1 Bar-headed Goose, 3 Greenshank, 14 Ringed Plover, 2 Dunlin, 4 Common Sandpiper and 2 Sandwich Tern. Ryan’s Field: 6+ moulting adult Mediterranean Gull. (J Hawkey)

Late news, 11/8, Porthcurno: 1200+ Manx Shearwater per hour going west, observed between 1900-2000. (D Hall)

Bude Marshes NR: 99 Mallard including many juvs,  4 Moorhen, 4 Herring Gull, 2 Black-headed Gull, 5 Grey Heron, 4 Kingfisher, 12+ Goldfinch, 1 Buzzard, 7+ Swallow, 1 House Martin, 4 Wood Pigeon, 6 Carrion Crow and 1 Willow Warbler. (H Kendall & R Mudge)
