Carrick Roads, between Messack Farm and Turnaware Point: 1 Great Crested Grebe, 51 Black-necked Grebe, 4 Great Northern Diver, 21 Red-breasted Merganser, 9 Mute Swan. Also Messack Farm, 8 Brambling. (S Gay in the morning) In afternoon: 1 Great Crested Grebe, 36 Black-necked Grebe, 1 Great Northern Diver, 8 Red-breasted Merganser and 3 Mute Swan. (D Hall)
