Charlestown: 1 Peregrine over harbour. (D Hastilow)

Penzance: 3 (m, 2f) Black Redstart near Railway Station. 10 Purple Sandpiper Battery Rocks (S Turner – photos) Also 2 Black-throated Diver and 16 Great Northern Diver offshore.

St Ives: 262 Dunlin on Porthmeor Beach. (B Dodd) Also 1 Black Redstart by NCI lookout and 1 Great Northern Diver.

Hayle Estuary RSPB: 1 Spoonbill on Carnsew Basin then flew south, plus 1 red-head Goosander, 7 Little Grebe, 30 Dunlin, 5 Golden Plover, 1 Greenshank and 18 Med Gull (1 2w & 17 ads). 75 Curlew on Lelant Saltings, including 1 darker bird. 60 Redshank on Ryan’s Filed. (R Veal) Also 1 Yellow-browed Warbler still.

Gannel Estuary:  2 Water Pipit, 2 Med Gull, 600 Black-headed Gull, 13 Lesser Black-backed Gull and 255 Herring Gull. (S Rowe)

Falmouth, Castle Beach: 2 Black Redstart, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Whimbrel and 1 Slavonian Grebe (offshore). (J St Ledger)

Helston Sewage Works: At least four Firecrest with Goldcrest plus good numbers of Chiffchaff, Goldfinch, Long tailed Tits and Chaffinch. (D King)

Carbis Bay: 4 Great Northern Diver.
