Marazion Marsh RSPB: 1 Grey Phalarope on Longrock Pool still. (R Veal, DK Parker et al) 5 Mute Swan, 2 Wigeon, 1 Gadwall, 13 Mallard, 4 Teal, 2 Cormorant, 13 Little Grebe, 3 Little Egret, 4 Grey Heron, 46 Moorhen, 3 Buzzard, 1 Kingfisher, c100 Starling (roosting), c150 corvids (roosting in pines) and 4 Cetti’s Warbler. Hayle Estuary RSPB: 2 Cattle Egret still, plus c50 Dunlin, 1 Little Stint, 7+ Greenshank, 2 Grey Plover, 6 Black-tailed Godwit, 13 Bar-tailed Godwit and 2+ Ruff. 2 Spoonbill still on Lelant Water. (DK Parker et al) 25 Bar-tailed Godwit, 4 Ruff, 4 Knot, 40 Redshank, 14 Sandwich Tern. (S Rowe)

Davidstow Airfield is an active airfield and we have been reminded that there is NO freedom to roam here and that cars must NOT drive onto the airfield at all. We have been advised that we can WALK onto the grassy areas, but not the runways. Cars should be parked alongside the road. Failure to comply could lead to access being withdrawn altogether.
