Torpoint, St John’s Lake: 32 Curlew, 5 Common Redshank, Mediterranean Gull, Grey Seal. (T Elm)

Walmsley Sanctuary: 1 Wood Sandpiper, 3 Reed Warbler singing, 2 female Gadwall with ducklings (one with 8, other with 2), 6 Teal, 2 Grey Heron, 1 Cormorant. (D Trevelyan)

Marazion Marsh: 1 male Hobby at 15.50pm,between railway line and Leonard Cheshire homes for 10 mins. (S Grose)

Newquay: 1 juvenile Great Spotted Woodpecker flew out of bushes by Aldi car park. (D Grose)

Hayle Estuary RSPB, Ryan’s Field: 1 Barnacle Goose again.

Land`s End: Ocean Sunfish in The Longships with rafts of Manx Shearwater to the west of the lighthouse.

Cot Valley / Porth Nanven: 13 Whitethroat, 3 Raven, 5 Kestrel (3 juv), 3 Buzzard (1 juv), Manx Shearwaters, many hundreds between lighthouse and the Brisons, also observed but not counted, Guillemot, Razorbill, Gannet, Linnets. (S Grose)

Marazion Beach (evening): 1 juvenile Black headed Gull (1st arrival  here), 31 Mediterranean Gull  (ad/s; 2nd/s & 29 1st/s), 11 Dunlin (mainly ad/s). (J Hawkey)
