The Rumps, Moules Island: Large numbers of Guillemot on their nesting ledges together with a few Razorbill. Also 8 Puffins, Manx Shearwater, Fulmar, Swallows passing through (out to sea), and Common Dolphins. (W Delacour)

Bude, Duckpool Valley: 1 Common Sandpiper feeding on the muddy bank where the river joins the beach, 1 Sedge Warbler, 3 Stonechat, 3 Blackcap, 1 Garden Warbler, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Willow Warbler, 2 Chiffchaff, 1 Pied Wagtail and 1 Buzzard.   Butterflies included Meadow Browns, Speckled Woods, Orange Tips, Tortoiseshells and two Peacocks.
