Lizard Point: 2 Cory’s Shearwater, 7 Balearic Shearwater, 2 Sooty Shearwater, 3 Great Skua, 1 Yellow-legged Gull, 1 Peregrine 07:45-10:45. 2 Great Shearwater, 1 Cory’s Shearwater, 8 Sooty Shearwater, 3 Balearic Shearwater, 1 18:15-20:30. (I Maclean) Also Long-tailed Skua reported at 13:45.

Hayle Estuary RSPB: 5 Common Sandpiper, 12 Sandwich Tern on Lelant Saltings. 100+ Sanderling with 250+ Dunlin, 2 Common Sandpiper. Viewed at 11.30am on Ryan’s Field. A Peregrine flew in and took one bird probably a Sanderling and flushed the group over to the estuary.
