Late news, 11/7, Windmill Farm Nature Reserve: 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Grasshopper Warbler reeling. 1 female Lesser Emperor and 5 Red Veined Darter.

Long Rock: 1 Black-throated Diver, 22 Med Gull, 6 Sandwich Tern, 1 Eider. (P St Pierre) Also 6 Common Scoter. (P Fraser)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: full summer plumage Curlew Sandpiper (Lelant Saltings 9:30am), ad Knot, 8 Common Sandpiper, 5 Dunlin, 3 ad Black-tailed Godwin, 1 Ringed Plover, 14 (3 juv) Redshank, 2 ad Greenshank, 1 Teal, 26 (4 juv) Mediterranean Gull. (R Veal, T McGowan, S Rogers)
