Nanjizal Valley: 146 new ringed including 1 Dusky Warbler, 5 Yellow-browed Warbler, 50 Common Chiffchaff and 1 Siberian Chiffchaff, 4 Goldcrest, 24 Blackcap + a British control, 12 Redwing, 10 Song Thrush, 2 Redpoll on private ringing site. Also an Olive-backed Pipit over briefly and 12+ Brambling. Please keep to public rights of way. (K Wilson)

Porthgwarra: 3 Yellow-browed Warbler, 2 Firecrest, 4+ Brambing. (D Parker)

Leswidden, St Just: 2 Chough feeding and 1+ Lapland Bunting flying over calling and 1 Black Redstart still. (J Branscombe)

Kenidjack: 2 Yellow-browed Warbler in Tractor shed copse, possible 3rd bird in bushes above sewage wks seen previous to above. Redpoll, only seen briefly in flight, looked a very grey bird on upper parts, quite cold – looking on back/mantle and with a pale grey rump, suspect nominate race C.flammea Common Redpoll (P Clarke)

Sancreed: (vismig 0745-0945) c.1485 Woodpigeon, 21 Stock Dove, 12 Golden Plover, Snipe, 41 Skylark, 190 Chaffinch all west. Merlin, Kestrel, Grey Heron, 225 Redwing, 16 Fieldfare & 2 Bullfinch all east. Black Redstart with 2 Grey & 2 Pied Wagtail on the roof. Siberian Chiffchaff Lower Grumbla. (D Flumm)
