Nanjizal Valley: 82 birds ringed on private site. Migrants included 38 Redwing, 11 Chiffchaff, 1 Goldcrest, 20 Blackcap, 5 Blackbird and 1 Woodcock. Lelant, Hayle: Adult Yellow-legged Gull, Curlew Sandpiper feeding with flock of Golden Plover. Also, Great White Egret on Carnsew. (R Stone)

Feock garden: Blackcap ringed in this garden as an adult male on March 14th 2021 as part of the BTO wintering Blackcap survey returned today. This is the first returning Blackcap from the study to be confirmed in the UK this autumn. (K Dalziel)
