Newlyn: 1st winter American Herring Gull still showing well on beach near to south pier. (S Grose, M Broadbent), also 8 Sandwich Tern, Great Northern Diver. (M Broadbent) 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 Guillemot, 11 Turnstone, 68 Great Black Backed Gull,(inc 2nd winter bird with red plastic ring on right leg W:347) 9 Lesser black backed Gull,  2 Rock Pipit, 1 Collared Dove ( on the tide line and appeared to be eating seaweed), (S Grose)

Walmsley Sanctuary: female Blue-winged Teal still. (M Broadbent)

Davidstow Airfield: Buff-breasted Sandpiper. Between 8 and 9am close to, but not with, the Dunlins and Ringed plovers, moving around the airfield. (N Moore) 2 Sanderling and Golden Plover with Dunlin and Ringed Plover flock. (M Broadbent)

Pennance Point:  2 Dunlin, 39 Whimbrel, Red-throated Diver, 3 Great Northern Diver, 28 Sanderling, 10 Turnstone, 11 Kittiwake, 78 Manx Shearwater and Gannets. (M Broadbent L Langley)

Poldhu Valley and Beach: Herring Gull: 6 House Martin, 2 Cettis Warbler, 3 Reed Warbler, 1 Sedge Warbler, 2 Moorhen,10 Rook, Blackbird, Pheasant, 5 Goldfinch, 2 Dunnock,Kestrel (m), 3 Jackdaw, pair Mallard, Magpie, Pied Wagtail, Woodpigeon, Great Black Backed Gull, 2 Crow, Rock Pipit, pair Linnet, Chiffchaff, Wren, Chaffinch. College Reservoir: 80 Swallow, 20 House Martin, 10 Sand Martin. (C Benton)

Please note bullocks in field on the footpath to Walmsley Sanctuary can be quite frisky at the moment so it is worth being aware if you are planning a visit over the weekend.
