Hayle Estuary RSPB: 4 Little Egret, 10 Mallard, 23 Shelduck incl pair with 7 ducklings, until one was taken by a Carrion Crow which killed and ate it, 6 Curlew, 3 Whimbrel, 3 Bar-tailed Godwit, Grey Plover. Also, 36 Sanderling at  Porth Kidney Beach. Falmouth, Swanpool: 1 pr Mute Swan with 8 Cygnets, 2 Little Grebe, 15 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 m Great Spotted Woodpecker. Also from the beach, 21 Fulmar on cliff to the South. (S Grose)
