Marazion Beach: 2 Sandwich Tern, 2 Bar-tailed Godwit, 1 Oystercatcher, 1 Dunlin and 1 White Wagtail. (D Parker & D Flumm)

Helston, Loe Pool: Great White Egret showing well on the edge of the reeds at the north end.  Also 4 Grey Heron, 15 Cormorant, 2 Tufted Duck, 1 Great Crested Grebe and 6+ Jay. Park at Degibna Chapel car park (cSW 653251) and walk north to view. (LGR Evans & D Parker)

Mabe: Flock of 32 Goldfinches in a private garden in Mabe (H Adams)

Pendeen: 44 Balearic Shearwater, 9 Sooty Shearwater, 15 Manx Shearwater, 5 Great Skua, 35 Kittiwake, 356 Guillemot, 3 Razorbill and 1 Puffin between 16:00 & 18:15. (LGR Evans)

Falmouth: At Pendennis, 1 1w Med Gull flew past and the Whimbrel was on the east side, with 10+ Oystercatchers plus a few Goldcrests. Castle Beach had 1 Curlew and 1 Little Egret. Gyllyngvase had an adult Med Gull, a couple of Rock Pipits. (D Chaney)

Pennance Point: 1 Black Redstart, 2 Blackcap, Chiffchaff and Song Thrushes, with 50 Meadow Pipit up by the golf course, with a Wheatear and c.15 Pied and 2 White Wagtails. (D Chaney)

Swanpool: 1 Grey Wagtail. (D Chaney)

Lizard: 1w Ortolan Bunting in stubble fields between Lighthouse Road and Penmenner Road this morning. Yellow-browed Warbler still at Pistil Meadow and another in the village.

Tregeseal: Redstart by the stone bridge and a Yellow-browed Warbler from the road up the valley.

Nanquidno: Red-breasted Flycatcher reported at Nanjulian Farm at 11:00, also Yellow-browed Warbler and 2 Pied Flycatchers.

Cot Valley: 1 Yellow-browed Warbler.

Pendeen: Olive-backed Pipit on the coast path south west of the coastguard cottages on the road down to the lighthouse at c08:30 SW 379354. (I Kendall) Initially extremely mobile and elusive in the bracken and long grass it finally gave itself up at SW 374351 thanks largely to the perseverence of LGR Evans. Late News 25/09 Kingsmill: 1 Little Stint viewed from Landulph side of estuary opposite China Fleet Club second hide. Dunlin, Greenshank, Redshank, Bar-tailed Godwit, Curlew in 3 mixed flocks of c30. Also 3 Oystercatcher. 8 Little Egret and 1 Greenshank on Landulph NR lake. (R Taylor)

Wacker Quay, River Lynher: 19 Black tailed Godwit, 2 Greenshank, 3 Redshank , 12 Curlew ,34 Mallard, 2 Little Egret,  BH and Herring Gulls and 1 drake Wigeon on the estuary, 20+ House Martin over and 2 Firecrest  and 1 Chiffchaff in the car park tit flock with Blue, Great, Coal and Long tailed Tits. Kingsmill: A Great White Egret between 16:45 and 17:00, but not since. Lesser Yellowlegs still present along with 91 Curlew, 55 Dunlin, 36 Black-tailed Godwit, 17 Greenshank, Common Sandpiper, Lapwing and Kingfisher. Also 500+ House Martins. (S Cox)
