Lizard Point, seawatch, 0730-0830: 1 2s Laughing Gull with kittiwakes going west about a mile off-shore this morning. Also 1 Carrion Crow, 1 Cormorant, 12 Fulmar, 1 Great Black-backed Gull, 58 Guillemot, 1 Jackdaw, 62 Kittiwake, 6 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 6 Oystercatcher, 6 Raven, 1 Rock Pipit, 1 Shag, 1 Feral Pigeon, 36 Gannet,  1 Great Northern Diver, 150 Herring Gull, 1 Kestrel, 384 Manx Shearwater, 7 Puffin, 38 Razorbill, 7 Sandwich Tern. Goonhilly/Croft Pascoe: 10:45am-unconfirmed- Gyr Falcon (white phase). Almost completely white, large raptor flew from North East by radar dishes toward Croft Pascoe plantation, then low and fast. Dark tipped secondary feathers clearly visible. This bird was impressively fast. Heading Lizard direction. Also, Spotted Flycatcher, 4 Siskin, 2 Stonechat, 3 Willow Warbler, 5 Skylark, 2 Cuckoo. Late News, 14/07, The Lizard: Grey Phalarope seen from boat off Lankidden Cove nr Coverack around 8:00hrs, then flew inward towards the cliff.

Late News, 14/07, Poldhu Cove: 2 Ortolan Bunting (m and f) reported below Sand Martin cliffs briefly.

Porthgwarra: 1 Wilson’s Storm Petrel at 9:10 am feeding on and off for c3 minutes from the cove. Also 8 Sooty Shearwater, 3 Storm Petrel, 4 Puffin, 1 Common Scoter, 3 Mediterranean Gull 0730-1100. (R Veal, R Augarde, R Wilkins) Later, c30 Common Scoter, 2 Great Shearwater (15:35 & 17:45), 1 Sooty Shearwater, Manx Shearwater passing 1,000-1,500 per hour and 2 Puffin between 15:00 & 18:00.
