Red Kite Day 2018: Whilst over the last couple of weeks we’ve had odd sightings of Red Kite, today numbers increased dramatically. Started with a late report from yesterday with 4 Red Kites at Boyton heading south to Launceston. (R Loy). St.Austell: 5 Red Kites flew over this morning at 9.15 am. (C Hooper) 2 Red Kite over Truro Station at 10.15. (R Augarde) At 10.45 1 Red Kite over Trevenen. (P Reynolds) 5 Red Kites over Treviglas school in Newquay at 10.40 am. (D Grose) 7 Red Kite over Goldsithney and 2 over Boscastle (P Tillsley) at 11.30.
