Crackington Haven: 1 Yellow-billed Cuckoo at Hentervene Holiday Park this morning but not seen after 1100. The bird was in a very unhealthy condition and thought unlikely to survive the day. It has been looked for this evening with no luck. The property owner decided that they did not wish for the bird to be disturbed in its current condition nor did they wish the impact of a twitch to disrupt their business during this busy holiday period. If the bird is in a better condition tomorrow then there is a possibility that access may be granted. (Bev Teague)
