Colliford Lake: Immature White-tailed Eagle arrived from the W side at 1000hrs and spent all morning around fringes of the lake as viewed from the dam car park until at least 1300hrs . Successfully caught 2 fish in the Loveny arm devouring it each time on nearby bank.  1 Kestrel; 1 Buzzard (often interacting with Eagle for favoured perch in conifer); Eagle also flushed 6 European White fronted Geese (2 ad:4 juvs) shortly after they alighted on lakeside field. Also present 2 Ring-necked Duck (pr); 1 Slavonian Grebe; 1 Little |Grebe; 8 Great Crested Grebe; 8 Goosander (inc 5 males); 1 Little Egret; 1 Grey Heron; 2 Cormorant; 1m Pochard: 5 Teal: 15 Wigeon; 4 Mallard:143 Canada Geese; 1 Barnacle Goose; 4 Raven (2prs); 45 Fieldfare; 2m Bullfinch (J Hawkey, K Dalziel)
