It has been estimated that there were 50+ Red Kites over west Cornwall today, details below. It is thought that these birds are non-breeding individuals of the UK population. Some of these birds may be wing-tagged and identifying these would help in confirming their origin. Please send any reports of wing-tagged individuals to us, we will also pass that information on to the RSPB and BTO.
