Late news, 20/5, West Looe: 3 Swift in screaming party and 1 Swallow. (R Hurrell)

Late news, 20/5, Hannafore Point: 18 Turnstone, 8 Sanderling, 7 Dunlin (several of these waders in breeding plumage). 7 of the Turnstones towards dusk spiralled up before heading N and overland at several hundred feet. 1 female Grey Seal about 80m offshore. (R Hurrell)

Late news 20/5 Lizard Point: 1 Yellow Wagtail in off the sea. (P & H Taylor)

Drift Reservoir (members only): 2cy Purple Heron opposite the hide between the NW and NE arms, visible from the car park., also 1 pair Canada Geese with 10 goslings and 2 Great Crested Grebe. (J Hawkey, DK Parker, NR Phillips)

Porthgwarra: 3 Great Northern Diver NW over Gwennap Head (06:18hrs), 1 Whimbrel & 2 Canada Geese north, 3 Wheatears on moor. (D Flumm)

Hayle Estuary RSPB Reserve: 1 Ring-billed Gull (1st s) and 1 Black-tailed Godwit (ad s/p). (J Hawkey)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 4 Mute Swan, 4 Canada Goose plus 5 & 3+ goslings, 2 hybrid geese, 6 Greylag, 1 Teal, 3 Mallard, 1 Cormorant, 6 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 5 Moorhen, 2 Little Grebe, 2 House Martin, c15 Sand Martin, c10 Swallow, c10 Swift, 1 Green Woodpecker, 2 Stonechat, 2 male Reed Bunting, 1 Whitethroat and 4 Cetti’s Warbler plus Sedge and Reed Warblers.
