Marazion Marsh RSPB:  4 Mute Swan with 5 cygnets, 7 Mallard, 1 Teal, 7 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 3 ad Moorhen with 8 young, 6 Buzzard, c15 Swallow, c30 Swift (drifting west), 2 Green Woodpecker, 2 Stonechat, plus Reed and Sedge Warblers. (DK Parker & DS Flumm)

Falmouth, Pendennis Point: distant manx sheatwaters and gannets west. Castle Beach: 1 Grey Heron, 1 Oystercatcher and 1 Kingfisher. Swanpool Point: 52 Mediterranean Gull including c.25% juvs, 60 Black-headed Gull, 5 Herring Gull, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Curlew, 2 Oystercatcher, 4 Redshank including 1 juv and 2 Whimbrel, plus c10 Bottlenose Dolphins out in the bay.
