University of Exeter Wintering Warblers Project

University of Exeter wintering warbler project

Hello, my name is Laura Giles and I’m a student studying zoology at the University of Exeter. I am currently carrying-out my final year research project on wintering warblers and crests in Cornwall under the supervision of Ilya Maclean. We hope to determine their distribution during winter and assess the potential impact climate change is having on their numbers. We would be extremely grateful if you are willing to submit sightings of the following species: Chiffchaff (including and especially Siberian Chiffchaff), Yellow-Browed Warbler, Blackcap, Goldcrest and Firecrest. Please submit your sightings using the weblink below. All help very gratefully received and we will make our findings publicly available via the CBWPS website as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for any help.
