Hayle Estuary RSPB: juv Semipalmated Sandpiper this evening with c40 Dunlin, c30 Ringed Plover and 6 Turnstone below Tempest building. (R Veal)

Kynance: Two sightings of White Stork today – the first of 7 individuals circling over land just west of Church Cove, Lizard at 11:00 and then again 7 circling and being mobbed over Cross Common, Lizard at 12:30. (M McKenzie) 11 White Stork over road to cove car park, headed east and circled back towards Lizard 13:30. All appeared un-ringed.
